Terms of Service

1) The Service and Eligibility

FixInvo is a voice-powered invoicing tool for tradespeople. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to use the service.

2) Accounts

• Provide accurate registration details.
• Protect your login credentials.
• Notify hello@fixinvo.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

3) Plans, Pricing, and Billing

Free plan includes manual invoicing and limited AI usage. Paid plans are billed through LemonSqueezy and renew automatically until cancelled.

• Starter: $5.99 monthly
• Pro: $9.99 monthly
• Business: $17.99 monthly

You can cancel or manage your subscription from the subscription or billing area in FixInvo or through Lemon Squeezy where applicable.

Cancellation and paid AI access. If you cancel a paid subscription, your account is treated as being on the free plan immediately for FixInvo features. You lose access to paid-plan AI voice invoice limits and other paid-only AI features at that moment, even if your billing period or renewal date would otherwise be later (for example, if renewal would be on a later date in the month, canceling before that date still ends paid AI access in the app right away).

You may continue to use the free plan, including any free AI voice invoice allowance you have not yet used (for example, remaining lifetime free AI invoices on a new account), and unlimited manual invoicing as described for the free tier.

If you resume a subscription that FixInvo and Lemon Squeezy still treat as active or resumable, your paid tier and paid AI limits may apply again according to your plan and our systems. Billing, proration, and exact end dates for charges are handled by Lemon Squeezy; the rule above applies to how FixInvo enables or limits app features after you cancel or resume.

4) AI Features and Limits

AI output helps draft invoices but can contain mistakes. You must review all generated content before sending to customers.

• Voice data is processed for transcription and extraction.
• Do not include sensitive identifiers in voice entries.
• Plan quotas apply to AI usage limits.

5) Acceptable Use

You must not use FixInvo to:

• Create fraudulent or misleading invoices.
• Break laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Circumvent usage limits or attempt unauthorized access.
• Resell access without written permission.

6) Data and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data. FixInvo retains ownership of software, design, brand, and related intellectual property.

7) Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Some disruptions may result from third-party providers.

8) Disclaimers and Liability

FixInvo is provided as-is and does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited as described in the full legal text.

9) Governing Law and Disputes

Terms are governed by applicable laws based on FixInvo registration and local statutory rights. Contact us first to attempt informal resolution.

10) Termination and Updates

You may stop using the service anytime and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations. We may revise these terms with notice.
